Frequently Asked Questions

Regarding Registration:

Q: When will 2019’s date be announced?

A: We anticipate announcing 2019’s date in the summer of 2019. Registration will be available soon after.

Q: Can I register as a team or group? 

A: Yes, you are able to register your team or group. 

Q: Do you provide refunds? 

A: With this being a charity race, we do not offer refunds. You may, however, transfer your bib to another runner. 

Q: I forgot to join my team when registering, can you add me? 

A: Yes, please email us at racedirector@reindeerrun.org

Q: Do I need to register my child? 

A: Everyone 5 and older must be registered. Children under 4 are free. 

Q: Do I have to register my dog? 

A: Yes, if you want to run with your dog, you will need to register yourself as well as your dog. There is no separate start, but we do encourage all runners with dogs and strollers to start at the end of the pack. 

Regarding Packet Pick Up:

Q: When can I pick up my bib? 

A: TBD for 2019.

Q: Can I pick up a race bib for someone else? 

A: Yes, you can pick up bibs for others. You need their name and we can look up their bib number. 

Q: What if I cannot pick up my packet on Packet Pick Up Day (the day prior to the race)? 

A: You may pick up your packet on Race Day beginning at 7:00am. However, we highly encourage you to come to Friday's pickup. We will have T-Shirts while supplies last. 

Q: Can you mail my bib to me? 

A: Unfortunately due to when we receive the bibs, we are unable to mail them in advance. 

Regarding Race Day:

Q: Are strollers welcome? 

A: Yes, strollers are welcome. 

Q: What time does the race start? 

A: The race starts at 9:00 AM. 

Q: Will you be giving out age group awards? 

A: Yes, we will have medals for our age group winners. 

Q: If I miss the race, can I pick up my T-Shirt and/or Christmas Ornament later? 

A: If we still have supplies left, you may email racedirector@reindeerrun.org to make arrangements. 

Q: If I miss the awards, can I pick up my award later? 

A: If you miss the awards, please email us at racedirector@reindeerrun.org to make arrangements. 

Q: Can we walk too? 

A: Absolutely! We have MANY walkers at this event. It is a family-friendly race. 

Q: Can I be a vendor at your event? 

A: Yes, we have tables available starting at $500. 

Q: Where should I park? 

A: We anticipate having a $5 parking coupon for race day that will be available on our website closer to the date. This can be used at Concord/Cumberland St. or Prioleau Garages only. 

Q: Can I bring my kids into the Beer Garden? 

A: Only those 21 years of age and older can enter the Beer Garden. 

Q: How can I volunteer? 

A: We will post volunteer opportunities on the website and social when they become available.
